Si affitta per massimo 10-15 giorni, solo a turisti, sul lungomare sud di Porto Sant’Elpidio (Marche) a 100 mt dalla spiaggia e dalla pista ciclabile, camere doppie o triple con bagno privato, aria condizionata, smart TV, frigo, microonde, terrazzo abitabile con tavolino/sedie e verandina. Biancheria inclusa. Non sono accettati animali. Accettati bambini sopra gli 8 anni. La struttura fornisce un ombrellone e due sdraie da portare in spiaggia “a braccio” per la spiaggia libera. La struttura noleggia le biciclette. camera doppia a giugno 80 euro a notte, camera doppia a luglio 103 euro a notte, camera doppia ad agosto 130 euro a notte.
We are located on the seafront, just 100 meters from the beach, the promenade, and the bike path. It is a two-story building with four double and/or triple rooms. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. All rooms are equipped with: TV, Wi-Fi, safe, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker with pods. Each room has access to a private terrace furnished with a small table and chairs for outdoor dining, a roll-up veranda, and a drying rack. Linens for the bedroom and bathroom are provided. The property rent bicycles ( subject to availability). A bike storage area is available for guests arriving with their own bikes. Luggage storage (and bicycle storage) is available upon request.
